According to Hughes Network Systems, LLC, it has successfully activated HughesNet Gen4, the Company’s new high-capacity Ka-band satellite Internet service.
The Gen4 upgrade to Hughes’ satellite broadband service delivers significantly faster speeds and greater download capacity. Customers in urban, rural, and remote regions will be able to enjoy Internet comparable to high-speed landline connections. In addition, HughesNet Gen4 can now support high-bandwidth applications such as social media, video streaming, and music streaming.
New subscribers can select from three different Power plans to suit their satellite Internet needs. Hughes is also offering an upgrade for existing HughesNet customers.
